As a Resourcing and Deployment - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees,



aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections with stakeholders, anticipate the needs of your teams, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes.
