Preferably several years of experience in managing international brand and design portfolios
German native speaker with very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of French an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, preferably already experience with IP databases
Pleasure in working independently and accurately
Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Enthusiasm for direct client contact

Your main tasks

Administration of integral and regional brand and design portfolios
Registration and renewal of national and international trademarks as well as support for register changes
Oral and written correspondence in German and English with public authorities,



correspondence lawyers and clients in Germany and abroad
Creation and updating of trademark, deadline and country lists
Translation of lists of goods and services
Preparation of complex offers
Deadline control
