As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize international campaigns across Search, Social, and Display channels for clients in diverse industries. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the Account Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results.
This role is designed to give you the skills and exposure to progress into an Account Manager role.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (travel, retail, or financial services a plus).
- Experience managing medium-to-large budgets and accounts.
- Proficiency with:
- Google Ads (certification a plus)
- Facebook Ads (Blueprint a plus)
- Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables)
- Plus strong Power Point/Word skills
- Bonus: Basic HTML or SQL
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure.
- Fluent in English
