THE ROLE

This role will be part of General Shared Services based in Buenos Aires,
Argentina.

The Collections Coordinator will:

* Support the collections function by coordinating outreach activities,
monitoring overdue balances, and ensuring timely follow-up with franchisees.
* Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities, customer
interactions, and account status in accordance with internal policies and
controls.
* Assist the Collections Analysts with escalations, dispute tracking, default
notice coordination, and payment plan administration.
* Monitor accounts for aging, payment risk indicators, and required actions,
escalating issues to senior team members when appropriate.
* Contribute to the accuracy and completeness of collections reporting, metrics
tracking, and case management records.
