THE ROLE

This role will be part of Integral Shared Services based in Buenos Aires,
Argentina.

The GSS Accounting Manager will:

* Lead and coordinate key Record-to-Report (R2R) activities to ensure accurate,
complete, and compliant financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
* Oversee routine journal entry preparation and review, sub‑ledger
reconciliation processes, and full general ledger close execution across
monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
* Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, documentation
standards, and close calendars.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate subledger flows
and timely issue resolution.
* Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all Accounting transactions, in
accordance with the performance and quality standards defined in the Service
Level Agreements (SLAs).
