The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to support and manage cloud environments across AWS and hybrid infrastructures. In this role,



you will help operate and improve large-scale cloud environments for multiple customers. You will participate in incident response, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and automation initiatives while working with a wide range of cloud technologies.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and support cloud environments across AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, RDS, VPC, VPNs, S3, and CloudFront.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents across multiple customer environments.
- Implement monitoring and alerting to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and Infrastructure as Code deployments.
- Support containerized and cloud-native workloads.
- Assist with performance optimization, cost optimization, and architecture improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
