We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance services. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing robust back-end systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of our distributed services. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Optimize Backend Services: Build scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Micronaut.
- Microservices Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems in a Kubernetes-based environment.
- Event-Driven Workflows:



Work with asynchronous architectures using Temporal and ActiveMQ.
- API Development: Build and refine RESTful APIs, integrating front-end services and third-party providers.
- Data Management: Enhance processing and storage solutions using PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Performance & Security: Proactively identify areas for improvement to ensure scalability, stability, and security.
- Automation & CI/CD: Maintain best practices for software delivery using Jenkins and Git.
- Code Reviews & Mentorship: Collaborate with peers to maintain high coding standards and support junior engineers.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Work alongside DevOps and SRE teams to optimize AWS-based deployments.
- Innovation & Research: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to our technical roadmap.
