Junior Finance Analyst

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Finance team by ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and administration of financial and project-related information across multiple systems and tools. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support on ERP-related matters and helping maintain the processes that enable the successful management of client projects.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,



and a proactive approach to supporting both Finance and Account teams in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the Finance and Account teams with the setup, maintenance, and administration of project-related information across various systems and tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding ERP-related questions and support requests.
- Manage ERP user access requests, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
- Monitor and validate data entered into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and follow up on timesheet submissions to ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate the client creation process, ensuring all required information is accurately entered and approved within company systems.
- Assist with project setup and maintenance activities to support the project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation of finance operation
