Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Guide perfumers in developing, evaluating, and refining both new and existing fragrances
- Develop fragrance solutions aligned with internal standards and customer expectations
- Evaluate fragrance performance across applications to ensure quality and consistency
- Analyze market trends and emerging olfactive directions to inform innovation
- Conduct competitive product analysis to benchmark performance and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate consumer insights into fragrance solutions
- Ensure all fragrance development activities comply with regulatory and safety requirements
- Support product presentations and customer briefs with technical and creative expertise
- Maintain awareness of industry developments, raw materials, and formulation techniques
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Perfumery, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in fragrance development or evaluation
- Strong olfactive knowledge and fragrance evaluation capabilities
- Understanding of fragrance regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into product development
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skil
