As a People Ops - Recruitment Services - Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Business Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact,



resolving and escalating inquiries as needed, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.

As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice and handle technical tasks, conducting in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results that drive value for the team. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
