What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain expertise to support, integrate, and enhance core insurance platforms, including Policy Administration, Billing systems, and CRM environments. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and architecture teams to deliver system enhancements, regulatory changes, production support resolution, and strategic modernization initiatives.

The idóneo candidate is highly skilled in requirements elicitation, system analysis, and data-driven validation,



with hands-on experience working in PAS/Billing environments. This role requires technical experience in Salesforce integration—analyzing and defining how Salesforce connects with downstream core systems. Some experience in personal auto insurance and/or collector vehicle insurance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business systems analysis for enhancements, API connections, and production support initiatives across PAS, Billing, and Salesforce integration points.
Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design support for system changes and data flows between front-end CRM and back-end platforms.
Map and document data contracts, integration logic, and system dependencies between Salesforce and core insurance applications (PAS/Billing).
Translate business needs into Epics, User Storie
