Role summary:
You will be part of the general IT team. This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.



This role will provide user support to Daon staff and workstations while helping to maintain IT infrastructure and services. Daon staff are located both locally and in remote locations. This role also involves shared responsibility for IT user support in other locations as required including Belgrade, Serbia and Canberra, Australia offices. Responsibilities include IT user support, onboarding/offboarding, managing our M365 platform and maintaining our on-premise servers. Onsite work required. The position reports to the IT & Security Director who is based in our Fairfax, VA, USA location.

Your contribution:
Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to local and remote users covering Windows, MacOS and Linux
Configure and support new hires through the on boarding process (as required) including ordering hardware and software
Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Entra Active Directory and M365
