Founded by Dr. Sipra Laddha and Shama Rathi, LunaJoy was built to fix the fragmented care Sipra saw in her own psychiatry practice. You'll work directly with our COO to build the financial engine that funds this mission.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead to oversee and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle process. This role is responsible for driving collections, reducing denials, improving cash flow,
and ensuring compliance while leading a high-performing billing and RCM team. In your first 30 days, you'll audit our current AdvancedMD workflows; by day 90, you will have transitioned our offshore billing team to a new performance-based incentive structure.
