We are looking for a Back-End Engineer with strong Node.js expertise and experience building scalable, distributed applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of backend services, event-driven systems, and data-intensive applications that support high-volume production environments.





Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Build scalable and reliable APIs, services, and integrations.
Develop and maintain PostgreSQL database structures and queries.
Work with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
Implement and manage data storage solutions, including relational databases and key-value stores.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing.
Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices-based architectures.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
Participate in an on-call rotation, providing passive support approximately one week per month.
