Join Sii Poland and become a part of our Project Management Competency Center. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the U.S. market in launching oour client’s product in Argentina.
Your tasks
Leading end-to-end product launch projects (from concept to market introduction)
Planning and managing project scope, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Regulatory)
Ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
Preparing go-to-market activities (pricing, positioning, sales readiness)
Managing budget, resources, and delivery timelines
Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance
Tracking progress and reporting to key stakeholders
Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs
Evaluating post-launch performance and driving improvements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
Knowledge of the methodology of project management at an advanced level – confirmed by a certificate (PMI / PMP or/and PRINCE2 Practitioner)
Knowledge of agile / waterfall project management and service management methodologies
Technical knowledge in the field of designing and building IT systems
Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
Highly developed team management and communication skills
Leadership and ability to lead and motivate a team
Independence and good organization of work
Very good command of the English language – as a must
