Core Responsibilities
Define, monitor, and execute the regional strategy to enhance the development and retention of vendors in LATAM. Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects with local, regional, and integral teams to improve vendor performance on the platform. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in BI tools to provide clear visibility on key business KPIs. Conduct exploratory and specific analyses on vendor performance, identifying improvement opportunities and key intervention areas.
Requirements
Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields with a strong analytical foundation. Two or more years of experience in business strategy, commercial planning, data analysis, and/or consulting.
Experience in data extraction and cleaning with Big Query, SQL, etc. Proficient in creating reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. Fluent in English.
