What You Will Do




Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to a resolution.
Manage support tickets end-to-end: qualify the issue, investigate, and provide a clear solution.
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues of varying complexity.
Partner with colleagues on trickier problems, sharing knowledge in both directions.
Write clear, easy-to-follow guides that help customers (and teammates) solve issues independently.
Share what you learn from customers with Product Management to help shape the roadmap.
Suggest improvements to our tools, processes, and approach, your feedback is genuinely used.
What You Bring:

Must-Haves
Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and comfort debugging with Chrome DevTools. We're not looking for a developer
Strong organisational skills
