Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Prospect and identify qualified business owners across multiple industries
Initiate conversations through phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels
Build authentic relationships with prospective clients
Consistently generate new business opportunities

Appointment Setting





Qualify prospects through professional discovery conversations
Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations or no-shows
Maintain detailed notes and activity inside our CRM

Relationship Management

Execute consistent follow-up with prospective clients
Build long-term relationships through regular communication
Stay top of mind with prospects until they are ready to move forward
Ensure every opportunity receives timely and professional follow-up

Pipeline Management

Maintain an organized sales pipeline
Track outreach activities and follow-up tasks
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Collaborate closely with leadership to maximize conversion opportunities
