Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast, organized, highly detail-oriented, yet adaptable go-getter who identifies new opportunities to create impactful work.
Important Information About This Role
Please note that this position requires working Wednesday through Sunday and holidays. Wednesday-Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday / Sunday and holidays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Due to the nature of the role and the event calendar, candidates should be comfortable working on public holidays. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively.
While the role follows a fixed schedule, Monks offers flexibility when business priorities require attendance at events, meetings, or activations outside of regular working hours. In such cases, schedules can be adjusted accordingly to ensure a balanced workload.
Key Responsibilities
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Work on content calendars -along with the social strategist & the content creator- and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely m
