POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, managing our MarTech stack, overseeing software licenses, implementing best practices, and tracking our marketing budget across the team. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of marketing technologies and operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in marketing operations or technology is a plus.
10 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity services industry.
Proven track record of managing marketing technology platforms and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.




Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, or equivalent), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing tools and Google analytics software.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Project management software experience, such as with Wrike or similar tool (i.e.. Asana)
