Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager / Account Owner to take ownership of the organic social presence for a set of Reach Marketing Pro’s client accounts.
This role exists to own each assigned account end to end — strategy, content, community, reputation, and reporting, so every client’s social presence is handled by one accountable person rather than a shared task pool.





The adecuado candidate is genuinely creative and self-directed, brings content ideas without being asked, and knows how to produce scroll-stopping content from existing material — no on-site shoots or production budget required. They respect that social is one lever among many for each client, and they make it perform.

Role Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Strategy (Primary Focus)
Own a monthly content strategy and calendar for each assigned account, aligned to that client’s real goal (leads, local reach, community, or sales)
Treat each account as your own, maintaining brand voice and consistency across platforms
Proactively pitch content ideas and campaigns rather than waiting for direction
Deliver a monthly performance report tied to each client’s goals

Content Creation & Publishing
Create and schedule posts across the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Produce short-form video and si
