Integrated Test Plan Leader

Description: Define and manage the Integrated Test Plan including vehicle level
testing compliant with the planned project milestones. Build and optimize the
testing vehicles (means) and schedule. Collect and manage the required
specifications for the test vehicles (means). Manage and communicate test plan
progress. Resolve roadblocks to ensure testing is completed within project
milestones.

Responsibilities:

* Define build sequencing for the manufacturing facility and testing location
or/and virtual modeling
* Update schedule date/location and approve
* Create unique name of each resource
* Update Means specification & Check if the Validation plan is completed
* VV1_2 Plan and Precise Test
* VV1 - Verify & Validate Product
* Analyze test Plan and verify if prerequisites for testing are ready
* Review and update Validation plan according to requirement in the project
* Converge validation plan with budget and approve




* Approve and communicate Report & Check if all requirements are tested for
this build level
* Manage the upgrade means hardware and software
* Perform tests and make Report proposition

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent from an ABET
accredited university.

Minimum 5-8 years of automotive work experience required.

Excellent English Verbal & Written communication skills

Must have excellent Organization skills

Works well in a team environment with limited supervision, self-starter and
results driven.
