About the role
We’re hiring an Executive Producer based in Argentina to own the end-to-end delivery, quality, and client experience of multiple podcast programs. This role is accountable for outcomes, not task execution. You are the final owner of what clients and guests see.

What you’ll own
End-to-end ownership of assigned podcast programs, from guest booking to publishing
Guest outreach, scheduling, and preparation to ensure smooth interviews
Use of AI prompts to create show notes, titles, episode summaries, and social copy
Production workflows with editors, designers, and content teams
Quality control across all assets before anything is published
On-time delivery of every episode and content asset
Clear, proactive communication with clients and guests

Experience
3–7 years in a client-facing role with end-to-end delivery ownership (Podcasting not required)
Experience in project management, production, operations, advertising, or media




Proven track record of owning quality control and deadlines
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams
Experience working directly with executives or senior stakeholders
Familiarity with structured workflows, tools, and checklists
