Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Electrical Estimator with experience in U.S. construction estimating to assist with electrical takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost estimating for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial projects.




This role is adecuado for someone with strong estimating fundamentals who enjoys working with construction documents, identifying project costs, and contributing to accurate and competitive bids. There is also room for growth as responsibilities expand over time.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and plans.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial projects.
Assist in preparing and assembling bid packages.
Utilize estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Collaborate with estimators and project managers throughout the bidding process.
Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents.
Organize estimate documentation and maintain accurate project records.
Help improve estimating workflows and reduce turnaround time.
Support multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Learn and adapt to the company's internal estimating systems and processes.
