About the Role:
You will take ownership of organic performance across Redwerk’s service and commercial pages, focusing on high-intent keywords and measurable business outcomes.
This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and AI-driven automation. You’ll work closely with marketing and development teams while having the autonomy to prioritize and implement initiatives.
Within this role,



you will be responsible for achieving the following:
Increase rankings for high-intent IT outsourcing and software development keywords in US and EU markets
Grow the number of qualified inbound leads generated through organic search
Improve conversion tracking and visibility of SEO impact across the marketing funnel (GA4 ownership)
Build and execute a structured SEO roadmap aligned with business growth priorities
Implementing AI-driven SEO workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategy for IT outsourcing and software development services
Conduct keyword research focused on commercial and decision-stage queries
Optimize service pages, technology-specific pages, and landing pages
Perform regular technical SEO audits and site health checks
