We are looking for a Digital Lifecycle Sports Coordinator to join our Content team for an important project with a leading multinational entertainment company. In this role, you will support Campaign Managers in coordinating and tracking Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, and CRM campaigns. This is not a hands-on technical execution role, but rather a central position focused on coordination, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:
Support Campaign Managers in planning and coordinating end-to-end Lifecycle Marketing campaigns.
Collaborate on Customer Engagement, Retention, and Win-back initiatives across multiple digital channels.




Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations, and other key teams.
Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with defined brand and strategy guidelines.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance alongside Analytics teams to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

What will help you succeed:
2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, CRM, or similar roles.
Solid understanding of core concepts such as the customer journey, marketing funnels, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
