The Mission
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who natively understands the mechanics of Web3 gamification, online gaming culture, and loot-based reward ecosystems.
We aren't looking for a corporate backlog manager who needs to be taught why unboxing feels addictive, how provably fair systems establish trust, or what makes a digital reward loop convert. We need a hands-on product builder who can take an ambitious concept, pressure-test it, and turn it into a product that users keep coming back to.
Your mission is to take full ownership of the product lifecycle for a Gamified Shopping Platform built around Mystery Packs and Physical Goods. You will shape the product roadmap, translate high-level business concepts into razor-sharp technical requirements, and work directly with Engineering and Design to bring the platform from concept to launch—and from launch to scale.
You will help design everything from mystery pack openings and battle modes to reward multipliers, crypto payments, affiliate systems, inventory logic, and physical redemption flows.



You will also be responsible for understanding how these mechanics perform in the real world, using product data and user behavior to continuously improve engagement, conversion, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership: Own the product lifecycle from discovery and feature definition through technical delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Translate leadership’s vision into a focused roadmap with clear priorities, trade-offs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Gamified Mechanics & Feature Architecture: Design, map, and prioritize core platform experiences, including mystery pack unboxings, case-style battles, item rarity tiers, reward multipliers, affiliate hooks, loyalty systems, digital inventori
