THE ROLE

This role will be part of Integral Shared Services based in Buenos Aires,
Argentina.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager support the U.S.-based Human Resources
function by leading benefits and compensation administration activities within a
Global Shared Services model. This role is accountable for the accurate, timely,
and compliant execution of day to day benefits and compensation operations,
ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with established U.S. policies,
plan documents, governance standards, and service level agreements.

The role manages day to day compensation operations by delivering accurate
market analysis and salary actions for non executive employees, resolving
compensation inquiries, administering sales incentives and the Annual Incentive
Plan, supporting annual merit cycles, and assisting with compensation surveys
