What's the purpose of the role?

The purpose of this role is to lead and elevate social-first design execution while ensuring visually strong, cohesive, and platform-native creative across social media channels. This role combines hands-on graphic design, creative leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking to deliver engaging social content that aligns with brand goals and performance objectives.

What will I be doing?

Leading and overseeing social design projects across multiple brands and campaigns.
Designing high-performing social assets including graphics, carousel posts, story templates, reels covers, and social-first visuals.
Maintaining and evolving brand aesthetics across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Reviewing creative work and providing feedback, direction, and mentorship to designers.
Building and improving scalable design systems, templates, and workflows.
Collaborating with social managers on monthly content calendars and campaign needs.




Working cross-functionally with influencer, paid media, and production teams.
Translating larger brand campaigns into modular, social-native visual assets.
Participating in client reviews and presenting creative rationale when needed.
Supporting presentations, strategy decks, and visual storytelling initiatives.
Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
Exploring AI-assisted tools and new creative formats to improve efficiency and performance.
