About The Role

We're hiring a Head of Operations (COO-level) to own Finance, HR, and Systems for a fast-growing beauty industry agency. You'll manage payroll, invoicing, and contractor payments, run HR compliance and onboarding, and keep tools running smoothly. This hands-on operator role works closely with the Founder to remove bottlenecks and build structure. Idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or business management.
Beauty industry (Makeup, Skin Care) experience is required
Strong background in invoicing, payroll, and financial operations




Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance
Hands-on experience with tools like Monday.com, Slack, and payroll systems (Rippling, ADP, etc.)
Proven track record managing contractors or distributed remote teams
Experience in Agency Enviroments (mandatory)
