About The Role

We're looking for a Semi Senior Recruiter to join the Ghost Sherpa team — someone ready to collaborate in our recruitment processes, supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate management with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring.
Advanced / bilingual English (spoken and written) — required.
Experience with ATS management (Manatal is a plus).
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
Experience recruiting Marketing and creative profiles.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile
