What You'll Do

Coordinate the planning cycle, budgets, and projections for Marketing teams, defining and monitoring key performance indicators. Consolidate and present quarterly business reviews to senior management, ensuring the consistency and quality of financial information. Lead the administration and operation team in Brazil, ensuring accurate expense recording and control of provisions.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in finance, management control, auditing, or financial planning in complex environments. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Strong leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in multicultural or remote settings.
