What You'll Do
Lead the discovery, design, development, and implementation of platform capabilities, collaborating with operations, technology, and experience teams. Maximize platform value by identifying and adapting new use cases for CRM case management. Translate business needs into reusable components while understanding technical and product trade-offs. Incorporate regulatory dimensions into product design and validate changes with the team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Product area and collaboration with IT teams. Functional knowledge of a CRM system. Experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making. Familiarity with BigQuery is desirable. Knowledge of system integration and platform reuse for multiple purposes.
