About the role
We're hiring a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer to help build and extend the systems that power our business: internal operations platforms, a modern data warehouse and BI layer, customer-facing web applications, and a growing set of AI-driven internal tools.

This is a fit for someone who is comfortable working across many repos and languages (we run Python, Node.js, PHP, and modern frontends), enjoys debugging real production issues end-to-end,



and wants to help shape an AI-augmented operational platform.

Where you'll make an impact
Own backend services end to end: API, data model, background workers, deployment, and the metrics that prove they work
Build and refine the internal interfaces on top of them, used daily for campaign management, lead analytics, and call quality review
Extend the shared platform layer: gateway, auth, permissions, and the published SDKs every service consumes
Architect AI capabilities into the platform: transcription, call scoring, natural-language querying over the warehouse, LLM-assisted content and lead scoring pipelines
Work the data layer: orchestrated ELT into the warehouse, BI dashboards, and the semantic modeling that makes self-service analytics answer real questions
Modernize older services without freezing feature delivery while you do it
Contribute to architecture decisions and raise execution standards across the team
