Job Detail

As our AI Specialist, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for all artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. Reporting directly to the Technology Team Leader,



you will actively audit company operations, pinpoint high-impact AI use cases, and lead the implementation of intelligent tools and workflows that drive efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support our rapid scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

Strategic Identification & Scoping
Analyze existing internal workflows, department functions, and client service delivery processes to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Evaluate and recommend third-party AI tools, platforms, LLMs, and custom automation frameworks that align with business goals.

Execution & Implementation
Design, build, and deploy new and optimize existing AI-driven solutions, automations, and integrations.
Standardize AI usage guidelines, prompt engineering practices, and related data security protocols across the company.
Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of implemented AI initiatives.
