As a Senior Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work
for clients within your Practice and developing an understanding of how the
entire digital marketing ecosystems drives impact for clients.

In this role you will:

* Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to
budget and on-time.

* Follow all best practice and QA processes.





* Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance that connects to
the clients overall digital marketing activity.

* Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge
and skills across this population. You will have a good knowledge of other
Practices.

* Spearhead projects that lead to process improvements, innovation and
automation that drive meaningful impact for your client or Practice.

* Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation and
storytelling skills.]

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has 18+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in
Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and more.

* Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of
others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client
management.

* Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
