What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
Identify ethical concerns and document them clearly using structured feedback tools
Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule





Who You Are

Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
A strong critical thinker who can assess issues from multiple perspectives
Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can include or exclude
A clear, precise written communicator who can articulate reasoning effectively
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required

Nice to Have

Experience in social work, journalism, education, policy, or community advocacy
Familiarity with concepts like algorithmic bias, content moderation, or digital rights
Background in research, writing, or qualitative analysis
