JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are becoming one of the most powerful growth engines in commerce. As a
Creator Partnership Specialist,



you'll identify, recruit, negotiate, and grow
relationships with high-performing creators that directly impact revenue across
our brands.

This isn't a coordination role. It's a high-performance commercial position for
someone who loves building relationships, closing partnerships, testing new
acquisition strategies, and scaling creator programs through technology and AI.

* Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates, with a
strong focus on VIP creators across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce
platforms.

* Own the full creator partnership lifecycle, from outreach and relationship
building to negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and long-term account
growth.

* Negotiate commission structures, commercial agreements, payment terms, and
content usage rights that maximize value for both creators and the business.
