Position Summary
Oasis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Reporting & Invoicing Specialist to support our monthly client reporting and billing processes. This position is responsible for preparing referral fee reports, generating and sending invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with Stripe credit card reconciliations.
The idóneo candidate is fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, thrives on accuracy, and consistently meets recurring monthly deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute monthly referral fee reports for clients accurately and on schedule.
Generate, review, and email client invoices using Excel and other reporting tools.
Ensure all monthly reports and invoices are completed and delivered within established deadlines.
Verify referral fee calculations and investigate discrepancies as needed.




Perform Stripe credit card reconciliations and assist with payment reconciliation.
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
Respond professionally to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting data and resolve billing issues.
Recommend process improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.
Perform additional administrative and accounting support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must reside in Argentina.
Available to work as an Independent Contractor for a U.S.-based company.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounting support, financial reporting, or a related administrative role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, sorting/filtering, and data management.
Experience with Stripe or other
