Payoneer is looking for a Senior Regional RevOps Manager to build and operate the targeting and data workflows that power our outbound engine. This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue by ensuring our sales teams target the right companies, with high-quality data and scalable workflows. You don’t need to be an engineer,



but you should be comfortable working with systems and tools, AI prompting, data, integrations, and automation.
What you'll do:
Drive business rhythm and analytics – Partner with the Regional VP to execute weekly operational reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive reviews. Work with NA SMB business leaders to build cohesive narratives, distill insights into action items and timelines, and proactively draft GTM recommendations.
Build and maintain inbound/outbound targeting logic and high-intent ICP lists using AI tools and a modern data stack (e.g., Clay)
Analyze accounts and validate ICP fit using structured data and AI workflows
Ensure outbound data quality by monitoring enrichment sources, fixing gaps, and improving coverage
Ingest and structure data from registries, data providers, and partners
Design and improve automations and workflows across Clay, CRM, and sales tools to reduce manual work and increase s
