The Role
Business Operations is the team that makes the rest of the Firm work. We build the processes other departments follow, administer the platforms they work in, audit whether our standards are actually being met, and produce the data leadership uses to make decisions. When something is broken, undefined, or nobody's job yet, it becomes ours.
Your job is to take operational problems and turn them into working solutions. That means building and documenting processes, configuring and troubleshooting
