Overview of Position

The Technical Project Manager supports Legal and Compliance operations by evaluating business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, and third-party vendors to design, implement, and support technical and process solutions that align with organizational objectives.

The position is responsible for leading and supporting business transformation initiatives, managing projects from planning through implementation, and ensuring changes are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. The Technical Project Manager serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, resolving operational challenges, and driving process optimization efforts.

Additionally, this role provides system administration and production support, develops reporting and analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making, and leverages emerging technologies,



including automation and artificial intelligence tools, to enhance operational effectiveness. The position ensures that established methodologies, governance standards, and change management practices are consistently applied to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Lead and support Legal and Compliance improvement initiatives by developing project plans, managing timelines, coordinating resources, monitoring risks, and ensuring successful execution of project objectives.
Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, IT, and external vendors to gather business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
