Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Coronado, Panama. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties,



providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth closings. The role involves actively prospecting for new listings and leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing Casa Solution’s values of honesty, integrity, and excellent service. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with marketing efforts to promote listings and support the company’s presence in the local market.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in Panama and proven experience in residential or commercial property transactions.
Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
