Location: Colombia (remote, full US workweek, ~8am–5/6pm Central Time)
Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD/month

GrowthMasters is a growth agency for elite US companies. You'd be the senior paid media owner on one to two of our flagship accounts (real estate + service industry).

This is not a campaign-manager seat. You'll operate as the account's de facto marketing director: set strategy, build, run, and report across all four funnels, direct creative, coordinate the client's internal approvals and external partners (property managers, photographers, PR timelines), and be held to pipeline outcomes. You won't be alone — you'll lead a lean pod (an account/content lead, an on-site client coordinator, and our AI production pipeline) so you operate at the leverage of a much larger team.

Who this role is for
We are deliberately hiring senior. Strong candidates look like this:
5-10 years in paid media, with most of it hands-on in-platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)




Agency background strongly preferred — you ran your own agency, or you were the Director / Head of Paid who owned major client accounts at one. You've acquired customers for brands that had no brand, which means you know how to do it the hard way.
You've owned a number (CPL, CAC, qualified pipeline) and reported it to a founder or CMO weekly — not just executed someone else's media plan
You've managed meaningful budgets ($50K+/month) across multiple accounts or funnels simultaneously
You've managed client relationships directly — presenting to founders/executives, running approval cycles, and coordinating their internal teams and outside vendors, not just shipping deliverables
Deep fluency in Meta (including special ad categories like housing) and Google (search, PMax, display), strong working command of LinkedIn Ads (matched audiences, lead gen forms, ABM lists)
Bonus: Reddit Ads, X Ads, or TikTok experience;
