ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Fractional Head of Operations (COO-level) to own and streamline our internal operations across Finance, HR, and Systems. This is a high-impact, part-time role for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and loves building structure, improving processes, and making teams more efficient. You'll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly, profitably, and with minimal friction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or business management
Must have prior experience in an agency environment
Must have experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry (makeup, hair, or skincare brands)
Must have hands-on experience managing contractors or distributed teams
Experience managing tools such as Monday.com/Asana/Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and payroll systems (ADP, Rippling, etc.)
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
