We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join a digital transformation and data analytics team supporting business process digitalization and data-driven decision making. The role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions and business applications used by different business areas.
Responsibilities
Gather requirements from business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective data solutions
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for various business areas
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and timely availability of information
Build and optimize business applications that support process automation and improve operational efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular validation and quality checks
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand priorities and align on solution design
Document data structures, processes, and solution architecture to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes, proposing enhancements to support ongoing digital transformation efforts
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles
Experience in data modeling to structure and organize data for effective analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and organizing business data
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business insights
Experience with Power Automate for streamlining and automating business workflows
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation
Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data
Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher
Nice to have
Experience working within Agile methodologies to support iterative project delivery
