Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.
Time zones: complete overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in:
Backend engineering: Java or Python (required) REST API integration and webhook development Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
Responsibilities
We build the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers Indeed's Go-To-Market revenue engine — including lead routing, advertiser identity resolution, campaign segmentation, and Sales tooling across Salesforce, Snowflake, and GCP.
Build and maintain data pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, and GCP.
Model and maintain GTM data assets: parent company, advertiser identity, lead enrichment, revenue data Collaborate with engineers and PMs on GTMDR JIRA project deliverables.
Write and optimize SQL/IQL queries for reporting and analytics use cases.
Support data quality, validation, and schema management across GTM data marts.
Nice To Have
