Data & Document Management Associate Manager

As a Data & Document Management Associate Manager, you will lead a team responsible for master data operations, support business transformation initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with evolving business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on master data processes, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement while ensuring operational stability and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support master data management activities across Finance, HR, Rates,



and other business functions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective master data solutions.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of master data changes across systems, processes, and business functions.
Ensure data quality, operational continuity, and compliance with established governance and business standards.
Develop and execute testing, validation, and implementation plans to support system and data changes.
