La persona a cargo de Digital Concierge formará parte de nuestro equipo de Guest Services y manejará todas las comunicaciones con los huéspedes antes de su llegada y durante la estadía del mismo ya sea por correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y/o Four Seasons Chat.
