We are looking for an Inside Sales representative based in Argentina, working closely with U.S. teams and clients across U.S. business hours.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive new business and expand existing accounts by cold calling, running targeted email campaigns, and building relationships with U.S.-based clients. You'll primarily engage prospects in the electronics and manufacturing sectors, as well as the broader technology industry, helping them discover how HRoD's solutions can support their businesses
.It's an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong background in remote consulting who thrives on outbound prospecting and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new leads and set qualified sales meetings with prospective U.S. clients.
Design, execute,



and optimize targeted email campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects primarily within the electronics, manufacturing, and broader technology industries.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position the firm's services as a consultative solution.
Own the full inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery calls, proposals, and closing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect and client interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign strategy based on market feedback.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outbound activity and revenue targets.
Stay current on industry trends in electronics, manufacturing, and technology to speak credibly with prospects.
